# Company settings

**Settings > Company** holds your organization's information. Admins can edit it; Read only users can view it.

## Company information

* **Name** (required)
* **VAT**
* **Email**
* **Phone number**
* **Address** and **Postcode**
* **Time zone** - dates and times across the platform are shown in this time zone.

Click **Update** to save (Admins only).

### Duplicate name error

If the name you enter is already in use by another company in the platform, a message appears directly below the **Name** field when you click **Update**. Correct the name and click **Update** again - no page reload is needed.

## Estimated attack cost

Below the form, the **Estimated attack cost** shows the estimated financial losses your company would suffer from one successful attack. This figure feeds the "Attack costs prevented" and "Cost saved" values shown across the platform. It is set with the BforeAI team and is not editable here.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.bfore.ai/docs/console/account-settings/company-settings.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
